SurchargeDrop uses the information you enter only to run the eligibility check and to fill the SSA-44 packet and filing guide. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

SurchargeDrop is independent of the Social Security Administration, CMS, and Medicare. This is not a government website.

We never collect, store, or log Social Security numbers, ITINs, Medicare numbers, or SSA account credentials. Form fields for SSN stay blank.

If you pay, we store a copy of the generated PDF in a private bucket so you can download it with an unguessable token. Payment cards are handled by Stripe. Hosting and database: Vercel and Supabase. Email, if enabled: Resend.

Result pages require a private httpOnly access cookie. Checks expire after 90 days. You can delete a check sooner below — use the same browser that ran the quiz.

Delete my data

This removes that eligibility row, mailing address, MAGI figures, and any stored packet PDF. Stripe keeps its own payment records.
